Hong Kong, China Ice Hockey Association(HKCIHA) is pleased to announce the HKCIHA Registered Ice Hockey Player application form to comply and to maintain the standards set by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). Applicants must complete this form and provide the relevant supporting documentation in order to be considered as a valid HKCIHA Registered Ice Hockey Player
Players under the age of 18 must pay a one-time fee of HK$500.

Only HKCIHA Registered Ice Hockey Player will have access to the events held by HKCIHA including but not limited to: Representative Team Events, Tournaments and World Championships, as well as various player training sessions and development opportunities.
