HKCIHA is pleased to announce the application for “2025 Elite Hockey Training (U15 Division)”.
1. Course Objective 課程目標
To provide training for HKCIHA league players or outstanding hockey players.

3. Entry Requirements 參加資格
- All Participants must hold a valid HKSAR passport.
所有參加者必須持有有效香港特區護照 - Age: Players born in 2010 to 2013
年齡: 出生於 2010 年至 2013 年的球員 - All players must be HKCIHA Registered Players.
所有球員均必須是中國香港冰球總會註冊球員

5. Entry Fee 參賽費用
HK$3,000 (港幣三千元)
All Selected athletes will receive emails for the payment instructions.
所有入選的選手會收到有付款指示的電郵。
6. Tryout Date 選拔賽日期

8. Waiver Form 免責聲明
- All selected players must sign the Code of Conduct & Waiver Form.
所有代表球員必須簽署球員守則和免責聲明 - Players under 18 years of age require signed underage waiver by parents.
未滿十八歲的球員必須由父母簽署比賽同意書、球員守則和免責聲明
9. Deadline for Application 報名截止日期

10. The Final Decision 最終選擇權
Players’ selection will be made by HKCIHA.
球員甄選由中國香港冰球總會全權負責。
