2026 Youth Pan-Pacific Ice Hockey Series
HKCIHA is pleased to announce the application for “2026 Youth Pan-Pacific Ice Hockey Series”
Due to internal problem of the service provider, to access the online registration form, it is recommended to turn off the WiFi and use mobile data.

3. Entry Requirements
- All participants must hold a valid HKSAR passport.
- Age: Players born in 2011 - 2012.
- The tournament will be played in a contact format.
- 所有參加者必須持有有效香港特區護照。
- 年齡：出生於2011年 - 2012年的球員。
4. Quota on Roster
15-18 Players + 2 Goalies
15-18位球員 + 2位守門員
5. Entry Fee
HK$4,000
All selected athletes will receive emails for payment instructions.
港幣四千元
所有入選的選手會收到有付款指示的電郵。
6. Selection Mechanism
Please refer to “Athlete Selection Policy for International Competitions” under About HKCIHA.

7. Waiver Form
All selected players are required to sign the Code of Conduct, and their parents must submit a signed underage waiver and release form.
所有獲選球員必須簽署球員守則，而父母必須簽署免責聲明及同意書。
8. Deadline for Application
15:00, August 28th, 2026 (FRI)
Attention Overseas Players:-
If you are unable to attend the 2026 Youth Pan-Pacific Ice Hockey Series Tryout, please follow these instructions:
- Online Registration: Make sure the online registration form is completed.
- Video / Information Submission: Upload game video(s) with a minimum duration of 5 minutes (video(s) shorter than 5 minutes may not be reviewed) along with your statistics. This must be done by completing the Google Form: https://forms.gle/Do2iJM8BvnCi31Nv5.
Remarks: All players must complete the online registration form and submit the necessary video(s) / information by the Application Deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
If you do not participate in the Tryout or fail to submit the required video(s) and information by the Deadline for Application, we will assume you have withdrawn your application for the Tournament.

如未能出席2026年泛太平洋青少年冰球錦標賽選拔賽，請遵循以下指示：
- 網上報名：請確保完成網上報名表格。
- 影片 / 資料提交：請透過填寫 Google 表單 https://forms.gle/Do2iJM8BvnCi31Nv5 上傳至少 5 分鐘的比賽影片（少於 5 分鐘的影片可能不予審核）及相關比賽成績及得分。
備註：所有球員必須在報名截止日期前填寫網上報名表格並提交相關影片及資料，逾期報名將不被接受。
若您未能參加選拔賽或未能在報名截止日期前提交所需影片及資料，我們將視為您已撤回參加該比賽的申請。

10. Important Notes
Players based in Hong Kong who will participate in the selection are strongly encouraged to join the Elite Hockey Training which will take place in September and October 2026.
本會鼓勵所有參加選拔的本地球員，報名參加於9-10月舉辦的 Elite Hockey Training。
11. Final Decision
Players’ selection will be made by HKCIHA.
球員甄選由中國香港冰球總會全權負責。
