2026-2027 Elite Hockey Training (Men’s U15 Division)
HKCIHA is pleased to announce the application for "2026-2027 Elite Hockey Training (U15)".

3. Entry Requirements: (參加資格)
- All Participants must hold a valid HKSAR passport.
(所有參加者必須持有有效香港特區護照) - Age : Players born in 2011 to 2013
(年齡: 出生於2011年至2013年的球員) - All players must be HKCIHA Registered Players.
(所有球員均必須是中國香港冰球總會註冊球員)

All selected players are required to sign the Code of Conduct, and their parents must submit a signed underage waiver and release form.
