Learn To Play - Ice Hockey Training Program (U17)
We are pleased to announce the Learn To Play-Ice Hockey Training Program (U17), organized by HKCIHA. The target participants of this program are beginners and it aims to provide opportunities for people to try and learn more about ice hockey.

Eligibility 參賽資格:
- Players born in 2009-2012 / 2009-2012年出生的球員
- Have their own full gear / 自備完整裝裝備
- Able to skate & little ice hockey experience / 能夠滑冰且具備一定的冰球經驗
*All Applicants must be Registered Player of the HKCIHA. Applicants who are not HKCIHA registered players will not be eligible to take part in the ballot.
*所有申請者必須是中國香港冰球總會 (HKCIHA) 的註冊球員。非中國香港冰球總會註冊球員的申請者將沒有資格參加抽籤。
Fee 費用:
HKD $2,300 for 10 Practice, 1.5 hours for each practice. / 港幣$2,300 / 10堂, 每堂1.5小時
Quota 名額: 25 pax (3 – 5 pax on the waiting list) / 25人 (候補名單3-5人)
No refund will be made under any circumstances, except when the athlete is not selected to the program, or when the program is cancelled. / 除非球員未入選或培訓計劃取消，任何情況下均不退款。
Payment 付款方式:
Every applicant has to pay immediately after registration. It’ll be refunded to you if your kid is not selected to the training. Participants who have not made the payment will not be eligible to take part in the ballot.
每位申請者必須在報名後立即付款。如果球員未能入選，款項將會退還。未付款的申請者將沒有資格參加抽籤。
Payments will only be accepted in cheques (made payable to: Hong Kong, China Ice Hockey Association Limited). Please DO NOT make payment by bank transfer. Please send the check directly to our branch office by post or hand it in person to our branch office.
付款僅接受支票（抬頭請寫：中國香港冰球總會有限公司）。請勿透過銀行轉帳付款。請將支票直接郵寄或親自遞交至我們的九龍灣辦公室。

Wavier Form 免責聲明:
a. All selected players have to sign the Code of Conduct & Wavier Form. (所有代表球員必須簽署球員守則和免責聲明)
b. Underage players, require signed underage waiver by parents. (未滿十八歲的球員，必須由父母簽署比賽書同意書，球員守則和免責聲明)
The final decision 最終決定:
Players selection will be made by HKCIHA. / 球員甄選由中國香港冰球總會全權負責
THIS TRAINING PROGRAM IS SUBVENTED BY LEISURE AND CULTURAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT (LCSD). / 此培訓計劃由康樂及文化事務署（LCSD）資助。
In case of any disputes, HKCIHA will have the final decision. / 如有任何爭議，中國香港冰球總會將會作出最終決定。
