• All nationalities are welcome to apply.
• Age: Players born in 2007 or before.
• *Players born in 2008 and 2009 require approval based on registration numbers.

• 4 teams in total.
• Minimum: 12 players + 1 goalie per team.
• Maximum: 14 players + 1 goalie per team.

• Running Time: 3 periods x 15 minutes.
• Last 2 minutes stop-clock if goal differential is 2 or less.
• 8 games (no overtime) + Playoff (Semi Finals & Final).
• 2 Point System: 2 points for win, 1 point for tie, 0 points for loss.
• Playoff Seeding: Most points, most wins, least goals against.
• Officials: HKCIHA registered officials.
• Rules: IIHF Rule Book.
• *HKCIHA reserves final say on team rosters.

All registered players are strongly advised to attend. New players (not in 2024–25 HK leagues) MUST attend for assessment. Non-attendance may lead to application withdrawal.

HKCIHA will select team GMs. Draft occurs post-scrimmage in snake format (1-8, 8-1, etc.) for balanced teams.
