HKCIHA is pleased to announce the application for “2025 Youth Pan-Pacific Ice Hockey Series”

3. Entry Requirements
- All participants must hold a valid HKSAR passport.
- Age: players born 2010–2012.
- Tournament will be played in contact format.
- 所有參加者必須持有有效香港特區護照。
- 年齡：2010–2012年出生的球員。
4. Roster Quota
20 players + 2 goalies
20位球員 + 2位守門員
5. Entry Fee
HK$7,000
All selected athletes will receive emails for payment instructions.
港幣七千元
所有入選的選手會收到付款指示電郵。
6. Selection Mechanism
Please refer to “Athlete Selection Policy for International Competitions” under About HKCIHA.

7. Waiver Form
- All selected players must sign the Code of Conduct & Waiver Form.
- Players under 18 require signed under-age waiver by parents.
- 所有代表球員必須簽署球員守則和免責聲明。
- 未滿十八歲的球員須由父母簽署未成年免責聲明。
8. Deadline for Application
9:00 a.m., September 15, 2025 (Mon)
Attention Overseas Players:-
If you are unable to attend the 2025 Youth Pan-Pacific Ice Hockey Series Tryout, please follow these instructions:
- Video / Information Submission: Upload game video(s) with a minimum duration of 5 minutes (video(s) shorter than 5 minutes will not be reviewed) along with your statistics. This must be done by completing the Google Form: https://forms.gle/4CJS4JCjp9JwdrGfA before the Deadline for Application.
- Online Registration: Make sure to complete the online registration form as well.
Important Note: If you do not participate in the Tryout or fail to submit the required video(s) and information by the Deadline for Application, we will assume you have withdrawn your application for the Tournament.
Deadline: All players must complete the online registration form by the Application Deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

如未能出席2025 年泛太平洋青少年冰球錦標賽選拔賽，請遵循以下指示：
