SELECTION OF HONG KONG, CHINA ICE HOCKEY TEAM – WOMEN’s and WOMEN’s U18

The Hong Kong, China Ice Hockey Association (HKCIHA) is pleased to open the application process for athlete selection to represent Hong Kong, China in two upcoming international competitions. The selection trials will take place from August 22 to 27, 2026.

中國香港冰球協會將派出女子冰球代表隊出戰兩項國際冰球錦標賽。選拔定於2026年8月22日至27日舉行，現接受報名。

Due to internal problem of the service provider, to access the online registration form, it is recommended to turn off the WiFi and use mobile data.

• Players with valid HKSAR passport / 必須持有有效香港特區護照
• Subject to IIHF Player Eligibility Clearance / 需取得IIHF球員資格審核 (IIHF Eligibility Policy)

Eligible Female players interested in participating in more than one event are required to attend only one set of tryout session.

符合資格的女子球員如欲參加多於一個賽事，只需出席各項測試一次。

For players based in Hong Kong, attendance is mandatory for the Off-Ice Test, On-Ice Scrimmage 1, and On-Ice Scrimmage 2. 居住在香港的球員必須參加陸上測試、練習賽1及2。

5. Entry Fee 費用

Application Fee 報名費用: HK$500 per applicant (payable once, even if selected for multiple events). The application fee is non-refundable.

World Championship Entry Fee: HK$3,000 per Championship (Selected players will receive payment instructions via email.).

世界錦標賽參賽費用: 每項港幣3,000元 (所有入選的選手會收到附有付款指示的電郵。)

In the event of withdrawal after selected, a fee of HK$3,000 will remain payable. Failure to settle the payment may affect your chances of being selected in the future.

若入選後退出，仍需支付HK$3,000費用，如未有繳付者，將影響日後入選的機會。敬請留意。

6. Deadline for Application 報名截止日期

If you are unable to attend the Tryout Week, please follow these instructions:

如未能出席選拔週，請遵循以下指示：

1. Online Registration 網上報名:

   Make sure the online registration form is completed.

   請確保完成網上報名表格。

2. Video / Information Submission 影片 / 資料提交:

   Upload game video(s) with a minimum duration of 5 minutes (video(s) shorter than 5 minutes may not be reviewed) along with your statistics. This must be done by completing the Google Form https://forms.gle/miBHQqJwQTw3RQM29.

   請透過填寫 Google 表單 https://forms.gle/miBHQqJwQTw3RQM29 上傳至少 5 分鐘的比賽影片（少於 5 分鐘的影片可能不予審核）及相關比賽成績及得分。

3. Off ice test 陸上測試

   A separate video submission or another off ice test will be arranged. We will reach out to the players individually via email with the specifics.

   海外球員需提交相關影片或再次安排陸上測試，本會將會向相關運動員發出電郵通知。

Remarks 備註:

• All players must complete the online registration form and submit the necessary video(s) / information by the Application Deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  所有球員必須在報名截止日期前填寫網上報名表格並提交相關影片及資料，逾期報名將不被接受。
• If you do not participate in the Tryout or fail to submit the required video(s) and information by the Deadline for Application, we will assume you have withdrawn your application for the Tournament.
  若您未能參加選拔賽或未能在報名截止日期前提交所需影片及資料，我們將視為您已撤回參加該比賽的申請。

7. Selection Mechanism 選拔機制

8. Important Notes 重要事項

• U18 players based in Hong Kong who will participate in the selection are strongly encouraged to join the Elite Hockey Training – Women’s U18. .
  本會鼓勵所有參加選拔的本地U18球員，報名參加 Elite Hockey Training – Women’s U18。。

9. Final Decision

Player selection is at the sole discretion of HKCIHA.

The Co-organizer’s decision is final in case of disputes.

球員甄選由中國香港冰球總會全權負責。

如有任何爭議，以賽會組委會最後決定為準。
