| a. Players with valid HKSAR Passport. (必須持有有效香港特區護照) b. Age: Players born between 2011 to 2012 (年齡: 出生於2011年至2012的球員。) c. All Athletes must be Registered Player of the HKCIHA (所有參加者必須為中國香港冰球總會的註冊球員) |

Important Note: If you do not participate in the Tryout or fail to submit the required video(s) and information by the Deadline for Application, we will assume you have withdrawn your application for the Tournament. Deadline: All players must complete the online registration form by the Application Deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. |
